Seafood does not wait, and neither do we. Boxes are packed at dawn and travel in eco-insulated, temperature-monitored packaging.
Delivery
We deliver Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for next-day delivery. Your box stays cold for up to 48 hours in transit; a sensor strip in the lid confirms the chain was never broken.
Returns
Fresh seafood cannot be restocked, so we do not accept physical returns. If anything arrives damaged, thawed, or below standard, photograph it and contact us within 24 hours — we will send a replacement box or refund you in full, no box required back.
Packaging
Everything in the box is recyclable or compostable, including the cornstarch insulation, which dissolves in water.
